Shipping Policy

US & INTERNATIONAL

📦Standard International shipping is a flat rate of $9.95 USD to all capital cities and will take 6 to 27 business days from the time of purchase.  DHL EXPRESS 3- 6 business days shipping can be purchased $25.00 USD

📦If you're unhappy with your purchase, please email shop@dabble.com.au and we will arrange a exchange or credit note.

AUSTRALIA

📦Standard shipping is a flat rate of $10 to all capital cities and will take 7 - 10 days from the time of purchase. Add 1 - 2 extra days for regional addresses. Express shipping can be purchased at $15 flat rate.

Exchange & Returns Policy

Things didn't work out like you planned? Dabble has got you covered with our returns / exchange policy!  

Let's get down, let's get down to business! First things first, returns or exchanges need to be lodged within 30 days of fulfilment (this is when the merch leaves our warehouse). For us to get all your problems sorted (well, your returns / exchange problems at least), we just need a few things from you first! 

For returns and exchanges, the first step is for you to drop us a line at our email here: shop@dabble.com.au. In your email, please give us all the juicy deets including your order number.  

Also, soz to be a Debby downer but the item you are looking to return must be clean and in the same condition as you received it with all the tags etc. still attached. If the product looks like it's been worn or there aren't any tags attached, we can't accept it. No one likes sloppy seconds, and the buck stops with us! 

If your item is brand spanking new and has its tags, then our little elves will be all over getting your return or exchange sorted as quickly as they can. They'll provide you with more info about where to send your product and other fun stuff like that! They might even reply with a knock-knock joke as well, who knows?  

Once your item arrives back at our warehouse and the return has been approved, much excitement because we will process your refund onto the payment method you used to purchase. Don't stress if the cash money isn't in your account instantly, digital money travelling around sometimes likes to take the scenic route. So, please allow 5-7 business days for this to happen! If you're exchanging an item, after approval, we will send out the new item to the same address.  

Please note that we don't offer returns or exchanges on sale items.
